How to measure range of motion using Curovate:

-Read the on screen instructions to ensure you get an accurate measurement
-Sit on a flat surface that allows you to straighten and bend your knee
-When measuring knee straightening (also called extension) place a small tightly rolled towel between your lower leg and the floor
-Position your mobile device on your leg as shown in the pictures
-Measure frequently to view your progress over time by visiting the “Achievements” tab or by clicking “View Graph” after measuring
