Curovate Affiliate Marketing Program
(CAMP)

Curovate is a subscription based mobile app for people who have had a knee replacement, hip replacement or an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery.. 

We do not share this data with other advertisers or marketers. We do not sell or barter your data to third parties. Curovate may use this data to market our own products. Curovate also utilizes Google Analytics which provides us with the following information about our products: time of use, geographic location of users, stoppage of use, the number of downloads, the screen where users stop using our product, number of repeat users, crashes, frequency of use, and the devices that downloaded our product. This information will be used for future development and to fix issues with our products. Google Analytics data are anonymous. 

CAMP has been designed in a way for you to earn great commissions in 3 easy steps:

We know ambitious prospective affiliates like you have what it takes to reach the users that need us as much as we need them.

Following is the rate card of our affiliate program:

If an affiliate brings in subscriptions worth $11.99 to $99.99 in a month - they earn a 10% commission on the total subscription value they brought in that month 

If the affiliate brings in subscriptions worth more than $100 in a month – they earn a 15% commission on the total subscription value they brought in that month, including the initial $99.99. 

Pay-out policy

The affiliate will be paid their commission in the first week of each month for the month preceding. Payment will be made according to the most convenient method for both the parties.

Eligibility for program:

• Prospective affiliates who are interested in joining our affiliate marketing program are required to go through a background check done by the Curovate team.
• Prospects need to present result-based evidence of prior affiliate marketing engagements, if they had engaged in them before. If the prospect has/is engaged in more than 10 affiliate programs, evidence of the top 10 programs is to be presented.
• Prospects may also solely be an influencer on social media, YouTube, and other multimedia platforms and/or blogs.
• If the prospect is involved in promoting healthcare-based apps / products / services, disclosure of such engagements are required.
• The prospect needs to have attained the age of majority in the territory they reside in.
• If you do not meet any of the above criteria other than the age of majority, feel free to email us at info@curovate.com with “CAMP” in the subject line if there is a creative way you believe you could promote our app.

Eligibility for pay-out:

• The customer needs to have downloaded the app through the custom links provided to the affiliate by Curovate and have subscribed for the monthly, annual, or premium annual subscriptions through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
• The affiliate did not use deception or false statements to promote our health app. We are a health technology company and we take credibility and health care ethics very seriously. If deception or false statements were used to promote our product, we will terminate our involvement with the affiliate.
