How To Measure Your Knee Range of Motion Using Curovate

Did you know that you can use Curovate to measure your knee range of motion? This blog will show you how to take these measurements in the Curovate application.

The Curovate app can measure your knee range of motion. Knee range of motion refers to how far you can straighten and bend your knee. Straightening your knee is called extension and bending your knee is called flexion. Curovate saves every measurement you take and you can view all your previous measurements to track your progress.
