Rehabilitation on your Phone!

A full 6-months of rehabilitation guidance with new exercises and instructions every week. Choose your injury or surgery and your graft site for ACL (patellar tendon, hamstring, non-surgical or pre-surgical) and your total hip replacement approach (anterior, posterior, lateral or no hip precautions) or a total knee replacement. The app does the rest!

Video Guided Exercises

Simple videos to follow for all of your daily exercises. What’s even better is that the app counts your reps and sets for you. No need to write down what you have done and what you need to do later. The app will do all of that for you!

Are the exercises the same every week?

NO! Curovate provides you with daily exercises for 6 months of rehabilitation. Typically, the exercises and reminders change every week. As you progress, you will be provided with more challenging exercises. That’s 6 months of daily exercises for ACL, total knee and total hip replacement right in your hand!
